REMODEL AND CONSTRUCTION

This is the most detailed and extensive service offered at RLD.  This service starts with a 2 hour design consultation meeting to outline the scope of work for the project. A projected design budget is given and discussion of contract and fees. If all parties decide to move forward the next phase is the design meeting and presentation to lay the foundation of the design and curate material selections. Trades are then brought in to quote the work more accurately based on the proposed designs.  Budgets and scope of work are then adjusted accordingly and construction can begin. RLD is there throughout the process to consult, oversee all work and ensure design standards are being met.

DESIGN CONSULTATION

The design consultation includes a 90 minute on site meeting of the space where we discuss project goals, colour scheme, and design preferences. A digital design plan is created from these notes with a mood board, layout, paint, and product sourcing suggestions. The design plan includes links to all sources so that the client can execute their vision for their space. In person sourcing and decorating services can also be added on for an hourly fee.
